Services:
Based on family comfort and confidence, we offer two consulting packages to support families in their selection of schools.
Self-Guided Package
This package is best for the family who would like assessment and direction and is comfortable navigating the application and final school selection processes on their own. It includes the following:
- Extensive questionnaire regarding each student's educational history & goals.
- Consultation between family and consultant, concluding with a list of possible schools that best fit the student's goals and talents.
- Family assumes responsibility for pursuing the admission process.
Comprehensive Package
This package works best for families who are new to the independent school or who like a high level of support in finding the best school fit for their child.
- Extensive questionnaire regarding each student's educational history & goals.
- Consultation between client family and consultant.
- Possible recommendation of additional testing and evaluation at consultant’s discretion.
- Evaluation of student’s academic situation.
- Recommendation of possible schools.
- Narrowing of the school list to applications.
- Shepherding through the application process.
- Advice and counsel through the school selection process, concluding with a school choice.
Extra Costs
Client families may incur additional fees with outside providers as deemed necessary by consultants; this could include evaluations such as additional assessment tests or a psycho-educational evaluation.
